My wife is insanely busy, so it's up to me to cook, and I'm not very imaginative (steak, spaghetti, salmon, stir fry, REPEAT). | Our family had the "Romantic Dinner for two" last night except it was for three. It was all wonderful, especially the molten lava cakes which were soooooooooooooo good (and a very big serving). I was a little worried that my husband would have issues with the cheese in the chicken and the asparagus, but he really liked it. We had the ginger crusted ham last week - and it was very good as well. I was surprised at how good the frozen potatoes turned out, as I had heard (probably an old wives tale) that potatoes do not freeze well. My next trip to Saskatoon will include another stop at Dinner Rush! | |

| I am so sad to say we are moving out of Saskatoon! The one thing I am going to miss the most is Dinner Rush. I have made a list of my favourite dishes and hope that before we move, I can have the chance to enjoy them once more... snif! (I guess is a special request). -Peanut Curry Chicken -Cranberry Orange rice pilaf -Chicken Paprikash There are many more, but these haven't been around in a while. | I loved November's Julia Child's Beef Bourguignon. I found it very easy to make, and the flavour of beef and wine was fantastic. After I prepared this meal using Dinner Rush, I purchased the ingredients and prepared it myself. However you could not beat the $30 value. And Dinner Rush ads a great benefit of not having to shop several stores for ingredients. I hope I see Julia Child's Beef again and again on your menu. | |

| Our family has used DInner Rush for some of our weekly meals since it opened. Therefore when the opportunity was presented to us to consider purchasing a Christmas Meal last year we decided to try it. We loved it. We had a beef tenderloin, lots of veggies, potatoes and dessert. The meal amply fed 6 adults and 5 children. No one left hungry and the compliments were vast. It was definitely a gourmet level meal. We absolutely felt we made a great decision. I always find Christmas Eve dinner to be a bit cumbersome considering the next day will be spent cooking for a much larger group. With the Dinner Rush option used on Christmas Eve we were able to lessen the load considerably and enjoy the excitement of the children. For this year we will most certainly be purchasing one meal for Christmas Eve and perhaps a different one for a night when we entertain. It's so simple and so good. Anything that can help make my life easier at Christmas is worth its weight in gold. | |

| I purchased the Christmas Feast and I was SO impressed. So were my family and guests. The food was outstanding and foolproof! Delicious flavours, amazing aromas and bright colourful holiday dishes filled my home that day – and the next. (Thanks to the generous portions we had lots of yummy leftovers.) All thanks to Dinner Rush! I have never hosted such a relaxing holiday – I spent it doing the things I’ve always wanted to do on Christmas but never had the time to do. | For about two years now, Dinner Rush has been part of my family’s daily life. I have to say that Krista and Kathy are part of making my dreams come true. How come? After many years, (I won’t tell you how many, though), I decided to go back school, first because I wanted to do it before I got too old to be the oldest one in the classroom (I’m the second oldest after the teacher), and second, before my kids decided that I am too old and too boring to hang out with. Believe me, if I had known what I was getting myself into, I’d probably would have thought about it further! It was a great impact in our family’s routine, but thanks to Dinner Rush, we gather every evening at the dinner table as a family, without taking me away from my studies. But what I am really grateful to Dinner Rush for is for not leaving me alone during the holidays. Every year, my husband and I, invite a few friends that like us, have no family in Canada to celebrate Christmas Eve, as it is tradition in our country. It makes it easier to deal with the nostalgic feeling of being so far from relatives, and when I say far, I mean half planet far! For the occasion I would usually out do myself in the kitchen and put together a meal to impress my guests with my culinary talents (usually acquired online or from a Williams Sonoma cookbook). Unlike past years, this year I had no time to plan for this event! I had finals scheduled all the way into December! I was seriously thinking about canceling and ruining what had become one of our two holiday family traditions (the other one is making ice lamps), when I received an e-mail newsletter from Dinner Rush announcing their Christmas Feast. Dinner Rush to the rescue! We had one of the most fabulous celebrations in years! The Lobster Bisque was a hit among my guests! I have to confess that I was about to take credit for it, if it wasn’t because I had told some of them about my saviors. The mixed greens salad with the raspberry vinagrette and walnuts with dried cherries and the blue cheese: Yum! I liked it so much, that I made my own version of it and have it almost every day, even in sandwiches! The turkey was just perfect, no bones or stuffing to deal with and so juicy! The appetizers, the dessert: Everything was included, and at a great price too! Dinner Rush even got my meal ready early for Christmas Eve, so we could celebrate the 24th of December, as it is our tradition. Last week I logged on to their website to book my regular session when I saw that the September menu includes the Thanksgiving meals. I have to say it: hats off ladies! Just in time for midterms. | |

| I am so glad to see the Christmas special offered again this year. Last Christmas eve was unforgettable due to the tenderloin, lobster bisque (my husbands "best ever" soup) and the sides. After they recover from their surprise, I share with them the news of your business: My 7 year old cried yesterday because he wanted "Linguini Carbonara", he had seconds of your "Chicken Paprikash", even though he found it a little spicy, and my 2 year old, never ate meat until your "Ranchers BBQ Meatloaf". We are all gathering every evening for supper and we are saving money too! | I have to say that when you girls say that you will not have to shop for anything, you are not kidding. Even the olive oil to saute the food in is supplied. The service supplied by all the staff was phenomenal - cleaning up after me, providing drinks and answering questions even before I thought to ask them! I have a family of five (three children under six and a hungry husband)and I split many of the meals because the portion sizes are so large. (An added bonus). Thanks for an enjoyable 'guilt free' time away from my family - all the while being productive. I love to cook but have no problem going to visit Krista, Kathy and their staff again.
